Evidence of Use
Search & Analysis · Interactive
Builds a claim chart assessing whether a specific product's public materials support each element of a specific patent's claims. Requires only the patent number; if no product is named, the tool proposes candidate products to choose from.
What to expect: This checks in with you several times: the claim features to chart, the product to compare against (with candidates to choose from if you didn't name one), the source materials it used as evidence, how the claim breaks down, and the evidence matched to each part, before the final chart and export.
