Search & Analysis · Interactive

Screens a product description (or a pre-defined set of product features) against in-force and, by default, pending patents, and returns a risk-ranked list of patents whose claims could cover the product, with supporting analysis for each.

What to expect: This checks in with you at several points along the way: the product features it identified, how broad the search should be, which patents to look at closely, which of their claims, the risk read itself, and the output format, before it finishes. You can approve each step, ask a question about it, or ask for a change.
