| Connector keeps asking to sign in again | Remove and re-add the connector, and confirm the exact address https://mcp.ipauthor.com/mcp. |
| OAuth sign-in fails on reconnect | Remove the connector entirely, add it fresh, sign in again. |
| New tools don't appear | Some clients cache the tool list. Remove and re-add the connector once. |
| You get a 403 error on a tool call | Your account isn't entitled. Subscribe or contact support. |
| You get a 429 error on a tool call | You've hit the per-user rate limit. Wait a moment and try again. |
| A long job "never returns" | It's still running as a background job. Ask your assistant to check on it, even in a later chat. |
